Whatever you’re organising, from a corporate function to a milestone birthday celebration or your wedding reception, or anything else that you can think of, our experts will create a feast for all. You may prefer a hog roast meal instead of our pigs in buns, together with seasonal vegetables, potatoes and all the trimmings, or perhaps spit-roasted lamb, beef, turkey or chicken or a barbecue is just the ticket instead. When Hog Roast Alberbury was asked to cater a small, informal party at one of our customer’s homes, we were asked to cook a small hog to feed most of the guests with our pigs in buns but to also provide a couple of sides that everyone could eat and that a vegetarian guest could enjoy as their main. We have plenty of vegetarian sides on offer but for this occasion, our sweet potato wedges and mac and cheese were a big hit, with both the veggie and all the carnivores too, as everything we served was devoured with absolute relish.
