Thanks to our expertise in event organisation, the couple was able to enjoy the time leading up to the celebration without any added hassle. From handling the food arrangements to securing one of our partner venues for the after party, along with providing all of the necessary dining furniture, cutlery and crockery, our devoted catering managers, Dave and Joe, took care of all the details, allowing the couple to fully embrace the joyous event.
Understanding that food is an essential element of any successful get-together, Hog Roast Ludlow’s team of skilled chefs crafted a menu that perfectly complemented the joyous occasion.
Featuring a mouth-watering whole-roasted free-range pig with crispy pork rinds, sage and onion stuffing, applesauce and an assortment of freshly made side salads, coleslaw and new potatoes, our ever-popular Hog Roast Dining menu was the perfect fit for this special celebration. Guests were blown away by this striking feast, which was paired with Italian-inspired charcuterie boards, a duo of indulgent desserts and a grazing table that was every sweet tooth’s dream!
Making sure that every base was covered and no guest felt left out, Dave and Joe also rustled up some of our newly-added veggie burgers and plant-based sausages, which were so tasty, even the meat-eaters couldn’t resist sinking their teeth into them!
Everyone was impressed with the variety and quality of the food on offer, which made the event all the more enjoyable. Hog Roast Ludlow was proud to have taken part in this event, and before clearing away the mess and heading home, Dave and Joe prepared a buffet of tea, coffee and hot chocolate for the group, which was presented with a slice of Christening cake dressed in berries and cream.
