For the menu, we will be serving a delicious hog roast, served alongside a delicious variety of sides, and a varied dessert course.
In preparation for the wedding, the Hog Roast Shawbury team is planning the perfect menu for the occasion. We will start our prep by slow-roasting the hog to perfection on-site. Once the pork is ready, it will be expertly carved by our chef and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we will be providing a variety of sides, including homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, corn cobettes, and a variety of fresh salad dishes. This is sure to create the perfect cosy main meal for the guests to enjoy. Following this, we will be providing a dessert course, complete with a variety of delicious options. The guests can choose from sticky toffee pudding, individual cheesecakes, chocolate torte, and profiteroles. Each dish will be served alongside English cream and fresh berries to create the perfect dessert course.
