For the corporate event that Hog Roast Prees Heath just catered, we needed to cook up a storm with a hog roast made into pigs in buns and provide gluten-free and vegan options. The gluten-free guests could also enjoy our pigs in buns – we just needed to take along suitable bread rolls and wraps on the day – while the vegans could chow down on our veggie skewers, full of various grilled vegetables. Everyone invited to this party got to eat something truly delicious.
