Marie’s daughter is being christened later this July at the family church in Shropshire. To celebrate this milestone, Marie has organised a reception to follow the ceremony, which is taking place at a local function room. The reception is set to include music from a DJ, catering served by Hog Roast Whitchurch, and a photographer on hand to capture plenty of wonderful photos of the special occasion. For our menu, our catering manager Dave has been hired to serve our Gourmet BBQ menu, which is ideal for an occasion with a varied guest list. Our BBQ menu includes a wide variety of dishes, including child-friendly options and plenty of meat-free options to choose from. We are expecting this menu to be a great addition to the occasion, with something for all 80 guests to enjoy.
On the day of the event, the Hog Roast Whitchurch team will arrive at the function room with plenty of time to prepare for the 3:00pm serving time. Our menu will include a wide selection of main dishes, including succulent pork sausages, tasty veggie sausages, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. The mains will be served in fresh bread rolls, alongside homemade chips, corn cobettes, gourmet coleslaw, sweet potato fries, and a selection of seasonal salad dishes. Once the menu is ready, the guests will be able to line up our station and grab their ideal plate from the many options that we are providing.
