At Hog Roast Birmingham we have always been very proud to have formed long-lasting relationships with many of our corporate clients. It is the greatest compliment anytime a guest comes back to the serving table to pick up a second portion; a corporate client coming back for our catering services is the very same compliment, only on a greater scale.
This week that compliment came from our excellent clients at Balfour Beatty Construction. If you have been following along with any of these blogs or our socials from any one of the Spitting Pig franchises from around the country, you may well recognise the Balfour Beatty name, having been a booking with us on several occasions in very recent memory. Evidently, our teams all across the country, including the Hog Roast Birmingham team, have made an exceptional impression as they just keep coming back for even more! Of course, we are always all too happy to!
This was a massive one, too. With 600 guests to feed our menu was split into several options: Our hog roast to feed 250, halal chicken for another 250, and veggie options of grilled veg and halloumi skewers and our BBQ pulled jackfruit for 100 more. Plenty of side salad, slaws, and fresh fries rounded out this massive menu for our client.
Not only were we delighted with how the event went, we were also very pleased to have received this glowing feedback back from the Balfour Beatty management team:
“This was not the first time I have used The Spitting Pig Company and it won’t be the last. As usual, good communications whilst booking and [in] the run up to the event. Arrived on time, set up on time, no fuss, all prepared for the event to serve 600 guests. Food was outstanding; everyone commented on how beautiful it was. Staff professional, warm and friendly. David and the team [were] utterly incredible. Once the event was done the team cleared away everything and took it away. With those kind words, we have little doubt that Hog Roast Birmingham will be seeing Balfour Beatty again sooner rather than later!
