One of the really valuable things to have in this line of work is a caterer is a solid foundation of regular corporate clients. At Hog Roast Lichfield we love to develop a strong working relationship with our customers, particularly when it comes to our corporate catering as they can go the distance. The more you know a client, the longer you have worked with them, the better you can make each experience from one to the next.
If you have been following along with these blogs or our socials across any of the Hog Roast Lichfield franchises, then no doubt you will have seen the name Balfour Beatty crop up on numerous occasions in even just the last few months. This is a corporate client that has become a mainstay of the Hog Roast Lichfield portfolio of late. It’s a massive compliment to have one client trust in our services and enjoy our dining so much that they are lining up events one after the other in close proximity.
As Balfour Beatty have work sites all over the country, they have made strong use of Hog Roast Lichfield’s franchise system this year. So many of their teams have enjoyed our signature roasts and specialist meats in the last few months, and this past week they could add one more to the list as the Hog Roast Lichfield team joined the HS2 Lichfield site to cater a very special lunch for 200 workers.
This was a celebration as much as it was a lunch for staff. The team at the Lichfield site had recently met their target goals, so management of course saw fit to show their gratitude the best way they knew how: with a Hog Roast Lichfield barbecue!
The team lined up in their droves to be served up gourmet beef burgers, Thai spiced chicken kebabs, slow roasted pulled pork from our namesake hog roast, fried onions, cheese, veggie burgers, grilled veg and halloumi skewers, Greek salad, red cabbage slaw, and fresh fries along with plenty of rolls, wraps, and sauces. It was just what was deserved after making their target goals, and the Hog Roast Lichfield team were honoured to have been asked to provide.
