Once again hosting their annual summer party for staff, The British Ironwork Centre returned to the caterer that provided such favoured foods and service for them the last time around: Hog Roast Oswestry. It was a delight to pick up the phone and hear that they loved our foods so much last time that they wanted to go with us again! We knew just how delightful they were last time round too, so of course we were all too happy to say yes!
A hog roast worked the last time, so why not this time again too! A classic of our menus for good reason, The British Ironwork Centre staff once again enjoyed this signature staple along with sage and onion stuffing, crispy crackling, seasonal leafy greens, coleslaw, and BBQ pulled jackfruit.
