Here at Hog Roast Caernarfon we do our fair share of amazing birthday parties, but we still cater every single event with the uttermost care and professionalism as the last event. The birthday boy Daniel contacted our team with hopes that he could get all his friends and family fed for his 21st birthday party.
Daniel knew that his guests were a mixture of meat eaters, vegetarians, vegans and gluten frees, he was a little nervous that we wouldn’t be able to cater for him. But after consulting with the team he knew that everything was looked after, and he opted for our Southern slow roast menu with veggie skewers for his vegan/vegetarian guests and we accommodated gluten free bread rolls for his gluten free guests.
Hog Roast Caernarfon’s Southern slow roast menu is one of our most popular menus, it includes a choice of three meats e.g. creole pulled quarter of spiced lamb, fall of the bone Louisiana sticky pork ribs and Texan 24-hour beef brisket. With the choice of different sauces, followed by 4 accompanying dishes such as Memphis style crunchy coleslaw, Cajun spiced sweet potato wedges, skin-on Southern style whole baked potatoes etc. A great menu that doesn’t break the bank.
The day arrived and the catering manager and his team arrived at the birthday boys house several hours before the serving time. They firstly set up the gazebo to have shade from the blaring sun, set up tables to serve their delicious food upon, and made sure there was plenty of wooden plates and crockery for everyone.
At the serving time guests lined up with excited faces and spotted all the wonderful array of meats they had to choose from. After all the guests had been served and some even served for seconds, the catering manager and his team started to quietly pack away as to not disturb the guests dancing the night away. Daniel was so happy with the team’s efforts that he left a raving review!
