Hog Roast Prees – 21st Birthday Celebrations

With lockdown easing, our phones have been ringing off the hook, and recently, Hog Roast Prees received a call from Shavington Hall owner, Sharon who was keen for us to serve the aforementioned feast at her sons 21st birthday party! From the extensive range of succulent meats that make up this menu, the client opted for our cajun spiced whole roast chickens, beef brisket and pork butt – but on this occasion, the BBQ sauce was to be served separately along with the option of applesauce. Sharon was so pleased with how accomodating our catering manager, Joe had been, and to complete the menu, we added our vegetarian-friendly grilled veggie and haloumi skewers with tzatziki dip and flatbreads.

With 30 people to feed at 6:30 pm, the Hog Roast Prees team were able to start their day later than usual, before setting off to one of Crewe’s finest country houses. As always, the catering crew smashed their serving target, meaning the arriving guests were instantly greeted with a feat that was ready-to-eat. The glorious weather made the day a whole lot better, and the guests had nothing but compliments to say about the mouth-watering food our team had prepared!
