Earlier in November, Hog Roast Market Drayton was contacted by a local business to enquire about our corporate catering options. The menu needed to be a cost-effective way to feed 70 guests, with a gluten-free option for 6 people. We have a variety of menus that are great for this purpose since they can be served quickly and efficiently and are the perfect lunchtime meal. It was decided that our Classic Hog Roast menu was the perfect choice since it is always a fan favourite!
On the day of the event, our catering team arrived in the morning to freshly prepare and cook the dishes. We began by roasting the hog, ensuring that it cooked evenly and was packed full of juices and flavours. The hog was then expertly carved and served in fresh bread rolls, with a gluten-free alternative available. To create a balanced meal, we served the rolls with fresh salad, sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce and tasty homemade chips. The menu was served buffet style, which allowed us to efficiently serve the team their lunch and let them get back on with their busy day!
Together, our catering managers Dave and Joe created a delicious menu for the team to enjoy, providing a delicious meal that was also nutritious brain food to fuel them for the rest of the day!
