The Holidays are coming for Hog Roast Cleobury Mortimer

Christmas is always busy, in particular for certain companies including Hog Roast Cleobury Mortimer. Susan thought that it would be unfair if all her staff members missed out on a Christmas treat because they work really hard during the last weeks of November and the whole of December so, she booked in with Hog Roast Cleobury Mortimer for mid-November.

Susan had set the scene with a twinkling Christmas tree, fairy lights and snowflakes hanging down from the ceiling. It was like a winter wonderland inside the factory. Hog Roast Cleobury Mortimer catering managers Joe and Dave had the honour of setting up right next to the Christmas tree.

Susan had booked Hog Roast Cleobury Mortimer’s festive menu. As a hog roast company, Dave and Joe still offer a whole roasted pig as a meat option for this menu, but Susan chose the traditional Turkey.

What was nice about this event was that it had been a kept a surprise, so the staff were even more thrilled about their festive luncheon.

Hog Roast Cleobury MortimerWhat was on the menu? A festive feast! Moist carved Turkey with a light gravy made from the cooking juices so was extra flavourful, flavour-filled sage an onion stuffing balls, crispy roasted potatoes, a medley of seasonal vegetables including the love it or hate it Brussel sprouts, scrumptious cauliflower cheese and festive favourite pig in blankets! Susan had asked for carved Quorn turkey slices for vegetarians and vegans which they claimed were super delicious.

The tasty food did not stop there. After their delicious meal, the staff enjoyed a rich and indulgent chocolate yule log with winter berries and brandy cream.

Susan had allowed them to finish at 1pm for the day to enjoy Hog Roast Cleobury Mortimer’s heavenly food. Dave and Joe stayed open for two hours so that people could have seconds if they fancied it. Once the food was consumed, Susan encouraged the staff to sing Christmas carols around the Christmas tree and they had just started on karaoke when Dave and Joe left.

A small gesture that was massively appreciated by all the staff. Susan thanked Dave and Joe with a bottle of red wine.
