Hog Roast AberdaronJames recently asked us to cater his party with a serving of our amazing pigs in buns (which you may know as hog roast rolls), to celebrate a big promotion, but he was concerned about the fact that there would only be around fifteen guests and also that he needed a gluten-free option to be provided. We soon alleviated his worries, however, and firstly by letting him know that our expert Hog Roast Aberdaron chefs and team members can always easily for any number of guests, whether there are just a few or several hundred invited. Secondly, we can always provide a gluten-free dish and if wanted by this particular guest, we could serve gluten-free pigs in buns, as our ingredients are already suitable, just apart from the bread rolls. Essentially, by taking along additional gluten-free bread rolls, our pigs in buns could be devoured by everyone invited and James was thrilled about this.

Hog Roast Aberdaron catered the special occasion on Thursday evening but our team arrived in the afternoon in order to prepare the meat to be roasted and then watch over it as it sizzled away in its own juices for hours. Nearer to the time of service, we made our homemade duo of sage and onion stuffing and apple sauce, sliced the bread rolls and arranged the condiments on the serving table, and by 7pm, we had piles of yummy pigs in buns ready and they were suitable for everyone.
