Hog Roast Craven Arms- Wedding Bells On Valentine’s Day

Hog Roast Craven ArmsThere’s not long to go now until Valentine’s Day, which means our Hog Roast Craven Arms team has been working flat-out to prepare for all the Love Day celebrations we’ve been asked to partake in. You know us, though, we love being kept busy – especially around the holidays – so our whole team is buzzing with excitement as the big day approaches!

Speaking of big days, we’ve been working very closely with Donna and Christopher, who are set to tie the knot on February 14th. Like many couples, they couldn’t resist getting married on the most romantic day of the year, and they have planned their entire wedding around the theme of Valentine’s Day – right down to the colour scheme.

As for the food, we’re so pleased to say that Donna and Christopher have trusted Hog Roast Craven Arms to cook up a sublime meal for their 180 guests. We’re confident that our catering managers, Dave and Joe, will knock it out of the park with the Formal Wedding Catering Menu, which the couple was glad to be able to customise so that it suits their unique needs.

This particular menu is one of Hog Roast Craven Arms’s most popular wedding options since it offers a more traditional wedding experience at a reasonable price. Consisting of 5 delectable canapé options, a starter, two meaty mains plus a veggie/vegan option, sides and a choice of two desserts, this fantastic banquet is the ideal choice for brides and grooms who want to treat their guests to a variety of tasty dishes.

Hog Roast Craven ArmsFrom the vast array of choices available as part of the Formal Wedding Menu, Donna and Christopher have narrowed down the selection to consist of handmade gourmet sausage, roasted halloumi and tomato crostini, mini pizza, mini quiche and chicken liver parfait canapes followed by a bowl of homemade soup with crusty bread rolls and butter, a buffet offering our traditional hog roast, free-range chicken and BBQ-pulled jackfruit rolls with an assortment of side salads, coleslaw and potatoes, and finally, for dessert, summer pudding or sticky toffee pudding followed by a slice of wedding cake.
