After reading through our glowing reviews for himself, David immediately got in touch with Hog Roast Ludlow to arrange catering for his 70th birthday party. With 50 mouths to feed, our extremely talented catering duo Dave and Joe took over the preparations for the day and after discussing the wide variety of bespoke packages we have to offer, it was agreed that our private party menu 3 with an added desserts option of lemon tart and vacherins of strawberries with passion fruit cream would be the best fit for the celebratory gathering.
Though wise in years, our client was young at heart and desperate to make his special day as fun and exciting as possible, he had decided to set a fancy dress theme which saw the guests arriving at the party dressed to the nines in costumes of their favourite characters and famous celebs. While the guests mingled, Hog Roast Ludlow added the finishing touches to the buffet table and prepared to serve up the succulent carvings of meat, juicy pulled pork, savoury stuffing and crushed new potatoes along with the meatless alternative of grilled vegetable skewers with optionable haloumi which was served with pitta bread and a delicious tzatziki dip.
After a short toast where he thanked his guests for their attendance, David declared the buffet open; and at that, everyone eagerly raced towards the serving table where they sated their appetites with generous servings of the mouth-watering roast.
