For weddings that require two meals catered for, we often provide formal sit-down catering for lunchtime, followed by a buffet-style evening meal. This is enough food to please your guests while adding variety to the day. An evening buffet allows grazing to take place whenever your guests are ready to eat again since it is likely that not everyone will want to eat at the same time. Our wedding catering packages are fully customisable since we want to ensure that everything is perfect for your special day!
At lunchtime, we provide a formal sit-down meal, including canapes, a starter, main course and dessert, followed by fresh tea, coffee and mints. As your guests arrive, our Hog Roast Madeley waiting staff will serve a selection of canapes, as well as a drinks service if you wish. We have a wide range of canapes to choose from, including chicken satay skewers, mini quiches, mini pizzas, mini beer-battered fish and chips, pan-seared fillet of beef, and roasted halloumi. This is followed by a delicious starter, served tableside. Soup of the day, roasted duck breast and smoked salmon are just a few of the starters we have on offer. We have many incredible main courses to choose from, including English lamb, whole-roasted turkey and sirloin of English beef. Our meats are slow-roasted to perfection and served with your choice of sides and salad options. Finally, we can provide dessert options to accompany your wedding cake- which is always the star of the show when it comes to wedding catering!
During the evening, we can prepare slow-roasted meat, served to your guests in fresh bread rolls and wraps. Our Hog Roast Madeley speciality is a slow-roasted pig, although we can also provide chicken, turkey, lamb, or beef. This makes a nice change from the formal lunch but is still delicious and nutritious- preparing your guests to spend the rest of the night on the dancefloor!
