Last weekend, under perfect azure skies and glorious sunshine, Jill’s BBQ party went off without a hitch. The only thing that could have made the day better was the tantalising smell of BBQ smoke—and we certainly delivered on that front! Hog Roast Hanwood’s catering manager, Joe, fired up the grills and got to work sizzling pre-marinated ribs, succulent chicken kebabs, homemade sausages, and juicy 100% British beef burger patties.
Not forgetting our veggie friends, we rustled up tasty veggie burgers and sausages, alongside a spread of sides that had everyone raving: zesty coleslaw, vibrant pasta salad, and a mix of sweet potato and regular fries.
As guests arrived at Jill’s garden, their eyes widened in awe at the feast before them. They wasted no time digging in, and the praise for the high-quality meats and fresh sides was music to our ears.
