Earlier this year, Hog Roast Dawley was contacted by Martin to arrange catering for his office Christmas party. Martin is the manager of a technical support team, with 70 staff members under his care. For the Christmas party, he wanted to do something that would appeal to everyone, and nothing brings people together like a delicious festive meal! Hog Roast Dawley will be serving our classic festive menu at the party, with a meat-free main dish also on offer. We are expecting our catering to be a perfect addition to this event and it will be perfect for making sure that everyone is in the Christmas spirit!
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Dawley team will arrive at the office in the morning to prepare for the midday serving time. We will begin by whole-roasting the turkeys and ensuring that they are packed full of natural juices and flavours. Once ready, the turkey will be carved and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing and homemade gravy. For meat-free guests, we will be providing veggie sausages in bread rolls. The side dishes will include pigs in blankets, seasonal roasted vegetables, cauliflower cheese, and roasted potatoes. Overall, this menu includes everything that is to be expected from a traditional Christmas dinner, all served buffet style to make it easy to enjoy in the office.
