Alisha, with her family, colleagues, and local people attending to show their gratitude for her hard work over the years. Hog Roast Bridgnorth has been hired to cater for the party with a delicious classic hog roast menu, which went down a treat at a previous school event.
On the day of the party, the Hog Roast Bridgnorth team set up our catering station on the school playground and began to prepare for the 5:00pm serving time. We began by slow-roasting the hog and allowing it over five hours to cook. Once ready, the succulent pork was expertly carved and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we provided tasty pork sausages and veggie sausages. For the sides, the guests enjoyed homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, corn cobettes, and a green leaf salad. Overall, this menu had plenty to go around and enough dishes for everyone to create a delicious evening meal! It was great to be part of such a special event and we loved seeing Alisha being celebrated for all of her years of hard work.
