This June, Hog Roast Market Drayton has been hired to cater for a dog-friendly event taking place in Shropshire. The event was being hosted as a way for dog owners to meet new people and for their dogs to interact with others. Alongside the mingling, there will be several stalls set up selling dog-themed items and pet snacks. For the owners, Hog Roast Market Drayton will be serving a delicious BBQ menu for the occasion. Our catering managers Dave and Joe suggested this menu since it is varied and delicious and is sure to taste great on a sunny afternoon. Almost 100 people signed up for the event and it was expected to be a lot of fun for both humans and animals!
On the day of this event, the Hog Roast Market Drayton team will arrive at the venue in the morning and prepare for the 1:00pm start time. For the menu, we will be serving succulent pork sausages, juicy British beef burgers, halloumi and vegetable skewers, marinated chicken kebabs, and BBQ spareribs. For the side dishes, the guests can enjoy homemade chips, sweet potato fries, gourmet coleslaw, a green leaf salad, and corn cobettes. Overall, this menu is varied enough to ensure that there is something for everyone to enjoy, making it ideal for the occasion. We will also be bringing along an extra sausage or two for the canine guests!
